Discipleship Groups

Discipleship Groups

Our commitment to discipleship is evident in our various groups and gatherings. We encourage participation in our Discipleship Groups, where individuals come together to worship, support one another, and grow in their faith. These groups are designed to foster community and accountability, helping each member to live out their faith actively and meaningfully.

Discipleship Groups

NJC Discipleship Groups consist of 10-20 individuals of all ages who gather together weekly to live life and do ministry together. More specifically, every NJC Discipleship group is an opportunity for church members to gather together during the week to:

  1. Worship together and encourage one another toward greater maturity in Christ
  2. Love one another in practical and tangible ways as a display of the gospel
  3. Live on mission together as we proclaim Christ as King in our community

Sunday School

Our adults gather for further equipping during the Sunday school hour beginning at 9am every Sunday morning. This is a great opportunity to dig deep in the Scriptures with one another in a setting that lends itself to discussion as we work through a text or material together.
